Wine is made from the bio grape "saperavi" from Akhasheni micro zone, Kakheti Region.
Wine is made according to Kakhetian traditional technology, fermented and long macereted on skin and stem contact for 24 days and aged for 11 months in Qvevri. Wine was matured on 14-16° celsius temperature and is Unfined and Unfiltred, Red Dry. alk 15% vol. 750 ml.
