Wine is produced from Rkatsiteli grapes, harvested in village Khirsa, Kakheti region, Georgia. Grapes were handpicked and crushed within three hours to guarantee the quality. wine was aged in Kvevri in contact with full grape skins for 6 months. It is characterized by deep straw color and fruit flavors.
