Wine is produced from Kisi grapes, harvested in village Khirsa, Kakheti region, Georgia. Grapes were handpicked and crushed within three hours to guarantee the best quality. Fermentation lasted for two weeks in contact with full grape skins. The wine is characterized by deep gold color and ripe yellow fruits and smoke flavors.
