Fi Europe was launched in 1986. Over 500 000 people have visited Food Ingredients Europe through the years. It has become the meeting place for all stakeholders in the food ingredients history.   

FI Europe is held biennially in different European cities and has over 27 000 attendees, 1 700 exhibitors and diverse range of more than 1 500 types of products.

The exhibition has two co-located events:

• Natural ingredients (Ni) is the leading event for sourcing natural and organic ingredients for supplements, nutraceuticals, functional food and beverages and other food related products. 
• The Expo FoodTec Pavilion at Fi Europe & Ni is your one-stop shop for discovering the latest high-tech innovations and trends in ingredient packaging, machinery, processing equipment, and more.
