Stainless steel reservoirs meeting the modern technologies, pneumatic press, gentle pressure pumps and total temperature control system at oak barrels together with historical and new clay pitchers give unified and completed shape to our cellar.
Company owns 120 ha of private vineyards in the region of Kakheti, species: Rkatsiteli, Saperavi, Mtsvane; Moreover, company purchases more than 1000 tons of high quality grapes from Georgian peasants, which goes under strict selection in connection with quality and varietal clarity. Important role in achieving the high quality of production is played by each employee of the company, winemakers monitor each process of wine production carefully from receiving the grapes until bottling, which ensures the success of final production in different international contests and consumer market.
Our winery is equipped with the machinery produced by the world renowned companies, such as: “Della Toffola”, “Krones”, “Cavagninno & Gatti”, “Seitz Enzinger Noil”. The company produces 2500 bottles of wine per hour. The company has a modern laboratory in order to carry out wide range of all necessary physical and chemical analysis.
The mission of Palavani is to meet the demands of the international market for wines via producing world standard goods and delivering them. It also envisions promoting the dissemination and popularization of Georgian wine in foreign markets.
The company aims to maintain Georgian traditional winemaking and viticulture, to breed the unique vines, to disseminate the method of vineyard cultivation and to produce the best quality wines.
