About Brand:
Founded in October 2016 by young Georgian designers Ani Tsintskiladze and Anna Odishelidze, Blikvanger aka an eye-catcher is a youthful, colorful, playful and internationally celebrated brand from Georgia.
The brand started out by participating in Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Tbilisi showroom which was followed by an invitation to Mercedes Benz Madrid Fashion Week where the brand debuted its SS2017 Collection. In May 2017 Blikvanger became a participant of MBFWT marking it’s first ever show in Tbilisi. Since 2017 Blikvanger collections are present on MBFWT runway. In 2018 the brand joined a Pitti Super showroom in Milan. In January 2019 the designers were invited to take part in the Who’s Next trend show where six young designers were selected from around the world. On May 3rd, the brand is having a runway show at the Mercedes fashion week, which is their 5th season participating in this event, where they will be showcasing their winter 2019-2020 collection.
