ACT (Analysis & Consulting Team) is a global research and consulting company, founded in Georgia in 2002. The company mainly works in developing countries and helps organizations across the private and public domains to generate sustainable change and impact societies in which they operate.
Thanks to its philosophy and vision, ACT grew from a tiny operation ran from a private apartment to an international company employing more than 100 permanent staff, with representative offices in Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan, and a track record of more than 5,000 projects successfully implemented in more than 10 different countries across the globe.

With more than 15 years on the market, we have established a truly exceptional network of professionals: more than 100 staff are permanently employed in our three offices; up to 1,000 contractual workers support our clients through every stage of project design and implementation.
Our team blends a great variety of expertise and experience in using data and research evidence to deliver consultancy and policy advice across a wide range of fields: from education and social policy to business development, to infrastructure and environment, among others.

Headquartered in Tbilisi, Georgia, ACT has two permanent, fully-equipped representative offices in Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan. In 2017, our head office moved into a new purpose-built space. The building features state-of-the-art research and project execution infrastructure, offering our partners and clients full back-office support, including temporary offices space, access to secure servers and office facilities
