International Real Estates Exhibition was opened in the Capital of Austria, Vienna. Georgian delegation is among the 50 participating countries of the event.
More than 4000 people visit the
exhibition. Interested parties have the opportunity to receive information
about large investment projects at the Georgian pavilion, including Anaklia and
Kobuleti Free Touristic Zones, Batumi and Tbilisi - places for the development
of hotel industry, Tskaltubo and Mestia development projects. The host of
Georgian pavilion is the National Investment Agency of the Ministry of Economy
and Sustainable Development of Georgia.

Exhibition in Vienna is one of the most prestigious events in central and
Eastern Europe; largest investment companies willing to investment in real
estates participate in the event. Heads of famous real estates companies,
architects, developers, and representatives of state and private sectors attend
the exhibition.
“Estee Global” ranking company promulgated the results of its research according to which, 100 percent of rooms at Tbilisi Hotels are pre-reserved. Representatives of 5 largest hotels in Tbilisi – “Tbilisi Marriott,” “Courtyard Marriott,” “Radisson,” “Sheraton,” and “Holiday Inn” participated in the research. They are sure that the current tendency will continue in the future since the number of foreign visitors increases by 35-37 percent each year.
At this point Tbilisi has 52 hotels with about 2400 places. According to the Georgian side, the main catch for the foreign investors is that the construction of hotels will bring them profit very soon since it s one of the most incremental sectors in the country.
